Refund policy
Energy4Life maintains a 30-day return policy on all products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return for refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all of it's original packaging and included accessories if any.
- If you have opened and/or used the product, it must be free of any cosmetic damage and must be in working order
To start a return, you must contact us at customerservice@e4l.com. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by our customer service team at the time of the approval of your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you an RMA as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as opened liquid infoceuticals and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us at customerservice@e4l.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, you must contact us at customerservice@e4l.com. All exchanges must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by our customer service team at the time of the approval of your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you an RMA as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
Refunds
Energy4Life will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve accepted your return, please contact us at customerservice@e4l.com.
